Thank you for choosing to stay at our RV Resort! We want to ensure your experience is smooth and stress-free, so we have established the following reservation policy. Please read it carefully before making your reservation.

Reservations:
To reserve a site, patrons must pay the total cost when making reservations. Reservations can be placed by phone, online, or in person. Please note that reservations are only confirmed once the payment is paid in full.

Non-Refundable Reservation Fee:
In addition to the total reservation cost, customers must pay a non-refundable reservation fee of $3.50. This fee is charged to cover the cost of processing your reservation and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

Refunds and Cancellations:

Once the reservation has been confirmed, the customers have 72 hours to request and receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable reservation fee. If you need to cancel your reservation within 72 hours of making it, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to request a refund. After 72 hours, management will reserve the right to determine if and what amount will be returned to the patron, minus an $8.00 cancellation fee. This fee is charged to cover the cost of processing your cancellation.

No-Shows:

If you fail to show up on your scheduled arrival date without notifying us, your reservation will be canceled, and you will not receive a refund.

Changes to Your Reservation:

If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as changing the dates of your stay, be sure to contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the changes you require.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify your reservation if there is a significant change in your circumstances or if we cannot provide the site you reserved for any reason. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and will offer a full refund.
